1. Acceptance
By accessing or using EquityTale (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of use and to our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What EquityTale is — and is not
EquityTale is an educational and informational research tool for understanding Indian listed companies. It is not an investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing on the Service is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security. 3. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Much of the data is sourced from third parties, including NSE and BSE filings and company disclosures, and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not warrant that the Service or its data will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquityTale and the people behind it will not be liable for any loss or damage — including any trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to verify anything that matters against official sources before acting on it, to make your own independent decisions (and to consider a licensed adviser), and to use the Service in line with all applicable laws.
6. Acceptable use
The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to scrape, harvest, overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Service or its data, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The design, text, software and original analysis on the Service belong to EquityTale. The underlying market and financial data belong to their respective sources (including NSE, BSE and the companies themselves) and are shown for information under their terms.
8. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
